Kitchen Design

Our experienced kitchen designers can save you time and money. We will answer all of your questions that arise before, during, and after your project.

We have successfully planned 100’s of kitchen remodels and we know all the tricks:  how to maximize storage, affordable substitutions for high-end materials, even the best places to source materials. We will create a sketch of your existing kitchen showing the location of windows, doors, heating, plumbing lines, and electrical outlets. These renderings are crucial for both accurately depicting the layout of your kitchen as well as ordering the proper materials. No one wants to be without a kitchen for an extra 3 weeks because a special-order cabinet was never ordered.

Before meeting with one of our designers it is recommended that you create a detailed wish-list including all the goals for your kitchen renovation project. Do you want more space? More storage? More style? Organize your list by priority and be prepared to make changes to stay within budget. Create an idea folder and collect pictures of rooms, products, materials, and architectural details that appeal to you.

Open Concept Kitchen

Are your getting tired of your old, cramped kitchen? If you are like most homeowners then your kitchen is not just a place to cook, it is a gathering place for friends and family.  I am guessing if you stumbled upon our page you may have thought to yourself; Can I remove a wall in my kitchen to make the room larger? Removing a wall can greatly enhance the look and feel of your entire home not to mention it can add a ton of value. Before you take the sledgehammer to that wall ask yourself, Is the wall holding anything up and what is going to be inside? Sometimes removing a wall means you will need to relocate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Not to mention your wall may be structural and holding up your home, improper removal and inadequate header installation can result in catastrophic failure. We always recommend a larger open concept kitchen. We also believe it is best to hire someone with experience to create it.

Cabinetry

If you are ready to upgrade your cabinetry you have come to the right place. We have more than 10 options in stock, and we have over 100 more that we can special order. Classic or modern, wood or painted, we have a source for whatever profile, finish, look, or feel you are going for. Other big box stores (Home Depot, Lowes) cabinets are either inferior or overpriced. Our cabinetry is constructed with real plywood boxes and hard maple face frames. We will not sell you MDF boxes that are made to rot. The drawers are dovetail construction with soft close glides and the doors are all soft close as well. What other company’s call an upgrade, we call standard!

Countertops

If you’re thinking about replacing your kitchen counters, now is the perfect time to do so. Gone are the days of acrylic, laminate, and tile counters, and there are now so many options available that it can be overwhelming to choose the perfect one.

Two popular options are quartz and granite. While they may look similar, there are some key differences. Granite is a natural stone that is mined and then cut into slabs. It is known for its unique and natural veining patterns and colors. On the other hand, quartz is an engineered stone made from crushed quartz mixed with resin and pigments. It is available in a wide range of colors and patterns and is known for its durability and low maintenance.

In addition to quartz and granite, there are many other options to consider, each with their own benefits and drawbacks. The endless color choices and pricing for each option can also make the decision-making process challenging.

When selecting a new kitchen counter, it’s important to consider your lifestyle, budget, and design preferences. With so many options available, it can be helpful to work with a professional to guide you through the process and help you choose the perfect counter for your needs.

Kitchen Backsplash

The right choice of backsplash tile can elevate any kitchen design by becoming the main focal point. As a kitchen backsplash takes up a significant amount of visual real estate, it is worth taking the time to plan and choose the right option for your space. With a wide range of options available, it is possible to find a backsplash tile that perfectly complements your kitchen’s style and personality.

For those who prefer a classic look, basic white subway tiles are a great option that never goes out of style. Alternatively, natural quartz mosaics and glass tiles offer a sophisticated and elegant look. With endless patterns, styles, sizes, textures, and color options available, there is a backsplash tile for every taste.

When selecting a backsplash tile, it’s important to take a sample of your countertop to help determine the best color and style. Additionally, if you are doing a new kitchen backsplash, it is worth considering installing under counter task lighting. This will help showcase your new amazing tiled kitchen backsplash and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
