Generally speaking, a kitchen remodel takes about 3 weeks. The first week is demo, mechanical, and setting cabinetry. Next the countertop areas get templated so that the granite or quartz can be fabricated. The turnaround time for countertops is usually 7-10 days. After that the final touches such as kitchen backsplash and appliance hook up finish off the project.
A hallway bath usually costs around $10,000, while a complete dream master bathroom is much closer to $30,000.
In most cases a hallway bath takes 1 week to complete, while a master bath remodel usually takes 3 weeks.
We come out and give you a quote. If possible, we wait to remove your countertop until installation day. Template to install is usually 7-10 days. Templating happens after you choose your material and lock in a price. We have 100’s of options available.
Start by emptying out the spaces that are going to be worked on. Now is the time to get rid of all of the unused clutter. You would be surprised at how much room you can make by getting rid of the stuff you no longer use. Keep the path from the working areas to the exit clean so material can be brought in and trash can be removed.
We protect your house with plastic, canvas, and anything else possible to keep your house as clean and dust free as possible. We remove demo and trash debris daily.
We always sugest that you start at our fabricators showroom (IV Granite).
You can also see a large selection of stone slabs in one of the larger showrooms such as Pental Surfaces and Arizona Tile.
